I am consumer of ACTFibernet broadband in Bangalore and I have subscribed to their as advertised 50Mbps plan. As per the plan I should get fast, reliable connection at 50Mbps speed with small variation at all times. I have paid in advance for 6 months for this service and It has been almost a month I upgraded myself to this account. Since last 3 weeks I have been complaining of low speeds of 2Mbps on a plan of 50Mbps but ACTFiberent simply doesnt want to do anything. They keep texting me saying that your complaint has been resolved but again every night the speed drops to 2Mbps. My repeated complaint calls have been falling on deaf eyes and so are my tweets.
Would request you to investigate this company at earliest and it should be fined heavilly
