ACT Fibernet — closing ticket with out resolving issue.

Hi,

I am using act fiber net in Bangalore from last 7 years. Recently i choose to close the internet connection and requested to closed in month of July 2018. They closed the connection in the month of Aug 2018.

Now again they are continuously sending messages and asking for reconnecting with free of cost for installation and for 15 days internet free and waived off of my previous due which is Rs. 169. Because of that i asked them for re connection. I have requested them for connection on 15th Nov 2018. there employees came and give me the connection on 17th Nov 2018. From there on words problems started. they just connected wire and not checked it is working or not.

So for that i have raised ticket to check the inter net connection. But with out solving ticket they closed the ticket. This is the ticket No. : SR[protected]

Finally after reopening ticket more than 10 times, they came to my home and changed some thing, then internet started working from 26th nov 2018..

Again problem started with customer care people, they are continuously calling and asking me to pay the due amount which is Rs. 573. I did not understand what is this amount is for. I have raised one more request for this. They are not checking my history and they are calculated bill from 15th Nov. which they should give it for free as they promised for 15 days internet free for reconnecting.

For this i have reopened the ticket( SR[protected] times. with out resolving they are closing the ticket. To reopen the ticket i have to send SMS for this they wasted my Rs.10.

Finally I have reopened the ticket, waiting for their reply.

This issue is not resolved and they are disconnecting my internet connection.
