This is regarding compliant number - [protected]. I have been following up from past four days with no update and wrong promises from the team that it will get resolved in 24 hrs then every time I call I was promised 2 hrs resolution but nothing happened. No solution for billing issue. Charging me for the period where the connection was disconnected because o[censored]r own issues. Completely dissatisfied after 8 days of communication.
