We requested for the relocation in the month of june and also paid in advance for the june bill cycle which is rs.1398. They said due to some policies we'll not able to relocate the service and so we cancelled it. I have the credit of rs.652 on my account and they are not providing me the refund. They are doing scam and not willing to help me at all. Thy are saying I'm not eligible for refund as I'm a monthly plan user. They will not provide the service and they will say we'll not provide the refund taking my money. They are also saying the consumer complaint will not able to anything if you raise complaint because all are corrupted here in India.

Updated by Amirsarif Sir see the calls are not even getting connected and theh are sending me that the request for refund has been resolved when it is was not it's really frustrating that even consumer complaint department is not able to help here worst of indian government
