ACT Fibernet — complaint not resolved even after 10 day | |||
I have subscribed for the act connection, this month 5th (Oct) my connection got disconnected, when i called the customer care they told "act cable was damaged", and they also assured to resolve the complaint at the earliest, but till date they have not resolved the issue, even after repeated complaint., it is not solved event after 10 days. When even i call the customer care they will tell the same old dialogue "your complaint will be resolved by tomorrow". (And that tomorrow has never come.) To "act" if you are not capable enough provide the proper customer services, what is point in providing the new connection. Because of act fibernet my 10 days work got delayed.
