[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — connection and refund | |||
I have requested for a new connection on 10th of july 2019. But no one came for the connection so i requested for a refund on 14th of july 2019. Ticket number: sr[protected]. Till date they keep on stretching the time frame like 7-10 days/ 24 hrs / 48 hrs. One of the worst customer experience. Ps: never make the payment for the new connection in advance to this particular provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
