[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — connection complaint

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka, 560066

Paid around 8k for connection of 6months service on 8th oct 2018. Concerned person took the money and promised that connection will be done by the next day. He is not responding to my calls and I have raised 3 request in customer care. All they say is connection will be given by EOD. Worst Service ever. No one should take ACT. There is no value for customer. Took the money very promptly. Name - Ankita dash. Location - Bangalore

I had to submit internet bills for reimbursement and we requested for just name change from my father's name to my name (Not Address Change). For this they are asking Rs.530. Upon that they are saying they cannot give old bill invoice of last 6months in my name.
Why can't they provide the bills with new name?
