ACT Fibernet — Connection deactivated on 29th Apr 2015. No refund or Reactivation till now.

Since i moved out of my old premises, i requested for a transfer of the balance amount in my ACT account to my other account on Apr 15 2015. The ACT technician said it is possible to transfer the balance amount from one account to another.
For the next 5-8 days, i only got mails saying "Ticket raised for problem". There was no reply at all.
So i requested for a disconnection of the account by 29th April and the same was done. But i did not see the balance getting transferred to other account.
Instead i was billed for the month of May 2015 when the account was already disconnected.
Kindly help me out in this regard.

customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Its been almost 10 days now and i have not received any solution in this regard.
There is no reply on refund of Rs.683, which was available in my account after clearing all the payments.
Also the customer care folks are calling me again to pay the bill for the month of May, eventhough the account is already deactivated on 29th April.
