[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — connection has not been provided even after 1 month and taking advance 1 month bill | |||
I have applied for act internet connection at cv raman nagar bangalore and paid installation fee and 1 month broad band charge on 3rd june 2019. Installation team visited the place after one week and told me junction box is not there and they went back. Another team came after a week again and asked me whether they can take power from my socket to power their junction box. I told owner won't allow that and find some other way or let me know if it can't be done. Afrer that there was no communication from act even after repeated emails to customer care. Worst customer care service. As of now no broadband connection, No communication at all, And no refund. Reg mobile no : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
