This issue is to report the worst kind of services from ACT. There is absolut
History of the issue:
- There is no internet from June 1st onwards. The reason is the ACT box is removed from somewhere.
- Till 15Jun ACT team tried to install new Box and could not find any place for installation.
- Then ACT team told me that they will disconnect the connection since they could not find place for Box installation.
- ACT member told that the fee will be half for that month due to no internet which will be around Rs.350 he told. (per month bill is Rs.797)
- After this in Jun last week, I got call from ACT saying that they found place for box installation and asked whether I would like to re-connect.
- I agreed for re-connection and ACT told that the internet will be working from July 1st onwards. (Actual promise date provided by ACT is from Jun28th itself the reconnection will work.
- But internet is not working and I called ACT customer care.
- Jul 1st week, ACT technician came and checked the box and wires and left. He did not fixed the issue. After this no update also.
- Then again 2 days back I called again ACT customer care (waiting for long time on phone and explaining the same issue again).
- Then Another technician called me next day asking what happend. I told him the situation again. I dont know whether he visited my house or not. I asked him how come he is calling me without knowing the issue from ACT team.
- Then on 13-Jul night technician named Manju has come to my house and fixed the internect. So from 14th-July I am receiving internet.
- Menawhile I get lot of messages from ACT saying the bill due of Rs.1389. ACT people included the amount of another month also with no common sence that there is no internet connection at all.
- I informed Customer care and teachnicians about this billing issue, I sent lot of mails to Nodal, Appallete ACT Officers, but no use. No response nothing...
- I am getting messages that my connection will be disconnected due to payment issue and I informed the same to ACT officers. But no response again.
- 17-July I received message that internet is disconnected as i did not pay the amount.
This is the whole history and pathetic situation of ACT team. I will get messages only for money, but there will not be any calls for fixing the issue. Money is more important for ACT rather than fixing the issue. You people only said you will disconnect the connection since no box installation and again you people only called me saying you found box and you will reconnect. I did not asked you or forced you to reconnect. But there is no proper work done. There is absolutely no coordination between technicians and customer care team. ACT people dont know what they are doing among themselves. They want money looting people. Earlier in Jan2018 also I faced same kind of issue with no internet for 10days and at that ACT did not even reduced any amount. Worst kind of people and worst services.
