[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Connection issue not sorted out from 1 month | |||||
Customer ID 11841346 connection in the name of Geologics. After several complaint raised in the customer care and issue is not sorted out so far. We have repeatedly followed with customer care to get the connection issue resolved. Also thought that if give a request for the disconnection of connection they might sort out the issue, but they didn't take any kind of action towards this. We request the forum to sort our issue and if they can't let them refund the balance payment on prorate basis. Was this information helpful? | |||||
