We have applied for new connection on 05.05.2015 with an amount of Rs.550.00 installation charges and Rs.1180.00 for monthly subscription charges. As on today from beam cable persons nor visited to our premises to install cable nor we didn't get any call. We regularly contacting to customer care centre but there simply telling that within 24 hrs time team will visit to your premises. But as on now we didn't receive any call nor executive. Our regd Mobile No. is [protected], address is 4-6-463/1 & 2, Esmia Bazar, Hyderabad on the name of Mr. B. Chethan Anand. We will be appreciate if you take immediate action in this regard.
