Hi, I have submitted all my document and the money on 19th june and i was told that the connection will be provided within one week. But i have not got the connection yet. The customer care of yours is totaly useless and does nothing to take care of your customer. Just like we teach the children ABCD you have taught them to ask for customer details and then say within 24 hours we will get back to you. Nothing works there. I have also registered complaints against two of your employees but nothing has happened yet there too. I don't understand how you guys work. There are no rules and principles for you guys i guess.
