[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Connection transfer due to relocation | |||||
I'm sanjay and i'm using act fibernet 6 months plan, i recently changed my house and raised a connection transfer request. Complaint id #ticket# [protected], #[protected] Act has 7 days sla to do the connection transfer which has been breached and they are not taking any action against it. I have paid for 6 month of service and not able to user service since 2nd april, my pre-paid amount is getting wasted for nothing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
