[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Connectivity issues again | |||||
Post Vardah restoration of service, the ACT connectivity we have has been coming down frequently. Works for 1 week, down for 1 week. We faced a similar issue last month when it was down for almost 3 weeks. Have raised a complaint in the forum last time. But this issue keeps occurring. My Account ID is[protected]. Always receive fake promises on customer calls. Real tired with the behavior of ACT. Would not be recommending this to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
