[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — connectivity issues for at least 10 days in a month | |||
My connection is 40 days old and i have already faced multiple network failures with your connection. My current issue started on 10th nov 2019, it still persists. I have raised a complaint via phone. Via app. Written mails to nodal officer and appalate authority blr. No response. Horrible service. I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get my call escalated. No response. The most unreliable, irresponsible team i have ever seen.
