ACT Fibernet — Connectivity issues of wifi

This pertains to ACT network, our wifi is not connecting properLy since 6 months and we have complained almost more than 25 times in this 6 mnths. there is a router problem and they need to replace but their officials are not taking it into prIority, once we complained harshly and they came it worked for 4 days and again the same problem. they are not looking into the problem seriously.
