[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — continuous, disconnection no resolution on complaints | |||
Since 4-5 months continuously I'm facing a broadband connectivity issue. Initially it was 4-5 times in a month but since last month mostly every night after 10:30 pm or 11pm my internet speed reduces to 15-20mbps and some times even goes to horrible like 400-500kbps. My story goes like this: As I said above since 4-5 months im facing an unwanted interruption in connectivity, So I got another connection from ACT itself, thinking if in some cases one line goes off/dead I will be having other line live to continue usage of internet. But since I got the another line services has became even more horrible. When ever my one line goes off, other line also dies, its a clear case of same junction/switch box where 2 lines are connected into. I raised the request for split of junction/switch box or shift it near my home to have continues power supply to junction/switch box. Its almost a month now continuously I'm raising the same complaint repeatedly still no action has been taken instead every time I get a false statements from CC service that issue will be resolve with in 24 hours and very next day ticket gets closed without any proper problem resolution. If both lines goes off then what is the use of having multiple connections? This is how the customer service you are providing in Hyderabad. Was this information helpful? | |||
