[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — credit balance in my account is not allowed to use

My account : it is A-MAX 675 (10+2)M

I have a credit balance of -464.44

As the FUB limit exceeded I wanted to buy additional Flexibyte: that is cost me around 300+ tax.
As I have credit balance I requested the act fiber to allow me to buy using my credit balance. They not only refused also laughed at me saying how can we use your balance for topup. I am upset on the response of their employee who called and said we cannot answer for such questions and if you want you can send a mail.

1. I wanted to understand why my credit balance I cannot use within their own product/services
2. I wanted to understand how many such account that they have with credit balance and what is that amounts to... for which they enjoy the liquidity and we don’t get paid or allowed to use for other products and services. in my case I can use only after 12 months.. and that too if I renew.. and during this period I cannot use or get interest for that.
4. through this forum, and under RTI act of 2005 I wanted to know how much money they have as credit balance that is not used.

My submission is genuine: and need a responsible reply.
