My act fibernet connection has been not working for more than 6 days now. I have been facing similar issues in the past too.in short, the act connection does not work for around 3-6 days every month. The cable laying is very poor and is prone to get cut often. Act fibernet customer care response is very poor, they just drop the call on your face while you are still trying to reason with them. I have paid 6 months advance rental in the hope of getting a reliable internet connection, but act has left me without internet access. My blood boils when the act team says that they will not return my account balance. They should provide me a consistent connection or else return my balance, i am not paying to be disconnected from the internet.
