ACT Fibernet — customer care representative ashish's behavior is awful

I raised for a disconnection request 3 days ago and confirmed them to disconnect it and stop the billing cycle from the month of september. The customer care person told that before disconnecting i will get a call for disconnection. I informed that its not possible to receive call during my work time so i confirmed them to disconnect even if i am not answering my phone but they are not disconnecting. For that, i have been calling them to disconnect but still it has not been done and they generated the bill for the month of septmeber '2018. For which i called again and spoke to a customer care representative named ashish who should be fired since he don't know how to speak to customers and understand the customer's situation. He shouted at me and asked me whether i understand english or not. Who is he to ask me all these? Either he should be fired or the one who recruited him should be. Because if this is the way customers are treated then customers will definitely discard their connection since there are many more good service providers available. Act should think that because of customers they are present, if customers are not there then there is no act.
