It is highly impossible to reach acts customer care and nodal officer number is a big waste. Automated machines give the same answer and customer care show busy for very long time (Out of customer patience limit) calls get auto
Disconnected. No courtesy to give call back and understand customer problem.
Even after disconnection request they raise bill and just want money.
Hopeless customer care, the amount of effort put in payment recovery is
