[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — customer service | |||
Two months back we've got a new connection. They set the general reset date of data on 2nd of every month but did reset it earlier. When i tried to contact them they are not at all responding. I even tried to contact them by registering for a new connection. As it was for a new connection they responded quickly. But when i said it was about an issue they simply said we are transferring the call to technical team and hung the line. Feeling worst about the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
