I have been following up very vigorously for my reconnection however this never happened. Getting in touch with thier customer service is very time consuming and ineffective

So after much efforts i stopped calling them and made my own arrangements for the internet service
Today i get a call from act on my connection as to why i am not utilising i was not informed by anyone about the reconnection
Why should they bill me under this circumstances?
I am not interested in this act connection and i don't want anyone from them to contact me or bill me.

=> click on I agree that my grievance does not fall in any of the above listed categories

=> Concerned authority of grievance

=> click on Central Government

=>select Ministry/Department => Telecommunication

=> Description

=> security code

=> submit
