I have applied for act once around a month back, in august, for my house. They approved it, a marketing guy met me, i paid the price, everything was going well. When it came to installation, the guy who came to install said that the main connection box near my house was full, and a new box must be set up to add extra connections. He said he will inform in the office, and they will set up the new box, and then my connection will be granted. I also bought my own modem, rejected the one provided by them, to connect to my systems.

For about two weeks there was no response. I also could not find a place online where i can contact about the status of my account. Then i created a new account, and when the same marketing guy called me, i informed him of the situation and told him to update my connection soon. But instead a ticket was raised and my money got refunded.

Now when i try again to create a new connection, i got connected with the same marketing guy, and when i tried calling him, he identified me and openly rejected saying that act connection is not available in my area, and he will inform when it comes there.

But as i explained earlier, my connection was nearly complete last time. Moreover, everybody in my area has act connections.

I am being rejected service just cause a setup box near my house got full, and nobody is ready to fix it.

Currently, after registration, i have been given a prospect id:[protected], after which when i called to the marketing person, he rejected my connection.

    I have been act fiber net user since more than 3 years and now last sunday that is on 22 sep i lost my internet connection and i complained about it. After three days of complaint they haven't provided any service and i again raised my complaint this time a customer representative said that he will clear the issue within 24hrs but he didn't and on friday i again complained to another customer representative this time the answer was same that he will provide service asap but he didn't. This is totally a cheating against customers because when you can't provide service as you mentioned then they should not mention it.

      My internet is not working properly since last 1 week and i have launched multiple complaints but everytime i get a message that ticket is closed without any one calling me or visiting my house. I have asked them to disconnect my internet permanently but they won't listen. I have also written 3 mails to nodal officer bangalore but they seem to be useless. I don't understand what to do now. I will be paying for service that i am not able to use.

        I am not getting any internet service from 3 days. I lodged a complaint and repeatedly called them but they always say we are working. Don’t know how much time they need. I have paid the advance till January 2020. I asked them either to resolve the issue or disconnect my services and refund the amount after deducting usage. Still no reply. Worst company ever and worst service ever.

          Nobody has done anything but again the complaint is closed. I don't know what kind of scam ACT is running. Untill you get confirmation that refund is processed to customer, do not close the complaint.

              Poor customer service from act fibernet. Since from 23rd sept 2019, i'm not getting internet service, so i've logged a compliant to act support service with sr no. Sr[protected] which is been open since then. I've paid the complete monthly service amount start of the month. I'm having a continuous follow ups with act care, but issue is never got resolved and when i call act customer support team their giving the same answer will get it resolved soon. Today is 5 days delay since from complaint and no message updates for this delay there is no update and ignoring the customer service.

                I had paid for an upgrade in my plan more than a month and a half ago, but still no action has been taken. Calls and assurances have been made, but no follow-up even after calling customer care around multiple times. Billing has been done for regular plan for this month and ticket is still open for setup of new router.

                Apart from billing of old plan, i was told that i will be charged for the time period that the new plan was not upgraded. It is absolutely unreasonable that i should pay for their negligence.

                  No update to the problem. For new readers who are just catching up, basically i have been asking act team for disconnection for the past one week, but it has still not been resolved. I guess their strategy is keep holding off without fixing the problem till the next month's bill is posted. Then they will say "pay the bill then only we will fix!". Proud to have internet access from people with over 190+ iq, but all this drama for another 1000 rupees? If you were making like few lakhs per month out of me, i would appreciate and even send some few thousands for your brilliance. High effort low return if you ask me.

                  It's also amazing how it takes only a day to setup internet, a day for internet delays to get fixed, but 10 days and so far no fix to disconnect? Must be a really intensive process that even 190+ iq guys are not capable to disconnect it.

                  Keep it up act! I will forward this tale to entrepreneurs and new business owners who have just started their journey so that they can learn exactly what not to do in dealing with customer's urgent requests. Thank you!

                    I have given the complaint about 4 days till now no response. They are very careless about even responding and taking the responsibility for the service after we pay the bill.
                    I paid for one year and inter had issue for month 3-4 days every month.
                    Which is almost one in year.
                    I asked for the payment for the refund for which i did not receive the service and they are not. If i’m paying 750 ra per month in which 4-5 days i don’t receive the service. Then why should they not provide service or extend my date.

                      I have sent a mail for disconnection to act help desk on sept 12th thursday. We have not recieved any response till now. When we try to connect through customer care they simply tell that disconnection team will get back to us and cut the call. But the disconnection team didnt get back to us till day. Please respond to this ASAP.

                        The act fibrenet internet frequently gets outages and ethernet cable becomes undetected atleast once-twice a week.

                        The ticket which was created for the third time - sr[protected] regarding the matter was closed with some temporary fix and the matter repeated again after few hours. The reopened ticket has no responses other than the pre-configured automated messages.

                        Being a customer of 3+ years, the service is gping from worse to pathetic.

                          We urgently require disconnection because we are shifting houses. There are a lot of things to keep track of while moving houses and disconnecting from the set of subscribed services is one of them.

                          It has not been a pleasant experience trying to initiate disconnection. Communication was started on the 17th of september and even a follow up mail was sent afterwards. Even after trying to reach them via phone, they route the phone call to the disconnection team and cut our phone call.

                              Worst customer service ever from ACT
                              I have an ACT connection in my name which i requested for transfer to my new loaction. I raised a request 1 month before and your customer care representatives with out even checking the feasibility told me to cancel that request and raise it only 5 days before we shift. Reason she mentioned is ACT already have a connection in the new place so 5 days is enough for the new connection.

                              Now when i requested for transfer 5 days before again they are saying our tower doesn't have access so it will take again 1 more month. I am not getting the logic behind this. Why they didn't check this when I requested 1 month back. Why they told me to cancel and raise it 5 days before. and its almost been 15 days since I requested second time

                              And now even after 1.5 months still ACT people are just closing what all requests I raise and behave so rude . even asking me not to raise any more requests.

                              This is not what we expect from such a good ISP.

                              Since we don't have any other options, please consider this and process the request ASAP.

                              This is not our fault. We raised the request 1 month before only. Just because of your customer care representatives, please don't make the customers suffer.

                                Its been more than a week and still my internet router is not get installed. Everyday I used to call Act customer multiple times and they are good for nothing and haven't provided me any resolution yet. In my whole life, this is the worst Customer service support and the worst Internet service provider I have ever seen. They don't bother about their customer issues. Either you call the Service provider or the person who just came and installed the LAN cable only and not configured Router. they don't even answer the calls. If you talk about their customer care, they put your call on hold and then after 8-10 min of long waiting they will disconnect your call. The poor customer support and pathetic Internet service provider.

                                  This is regarding ticket number ; sr[protected] for account number:[protected]

                                  I am facing internet connectivity issue science 16 sep 2019 afternoon.

                                  I am trying to call the act customer care number [protected] and the wait time to connect was arond 30 mins and the call got disconnected.

                                  How ever i had raised the complaint after many calls and wasted my 2+ hours of time.

                                  Complaint sr[protected] has been registered and nothing has been resolved till now.

                                  Hope the tat was 24 hours.

                                  This was the 4 time i am reaching out to you in this last 6 months regarding the issues not resolved on time.

                                  I even called to customer care today morning they said it will be resolved by first of today.

                                  We entered the second half as well no resolution has been done.

                                  Can you please help me with the escalation matrix for the nodal team.

                                  Since the customer care team didn't resolve my issue i reached to nodal team i could see there is no difference in the result.

                                  The call waiting time average is more that 25 mins for every call that i made to customer care

                                    Internet suddenly stopped working.
                                    Still it is not resolved. Made a call to cusomer service number several times but they kept saying that work is in progress. I escalated the issue to nodal officer but there was no response. Finally i started looking for a different service provider. I was having 6 months package. It is a waste of money and time.
                                    customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I have got new internet connection from a different internet service provider because ACT was not able to resolve the issue

                                      I would like to cancel my new internet connection request, as you have not responded so far and customer care executives are not answering properly to my requirement.

                                      I have paid rs. 4104.00 as 3 months bill payment well in advance on 24th august 2019. So far no internet connection had been given.

                                      Kindly cancel my request for new connection and refund the amount rs. 4104.00 by today

                                        ACT sent me SMS with Offer saying recharge within 15th Sep and get plan upgraded to 50mbps and 100GB additional.
                                        Now that I recharge even after 3 days nothing happened. No upgrade.

                                        Moreover, there was no acknowledgement for complaint sent over email.

                                        Tried calling customer care twice after waiting for 12-12 minutes (strange that exactly same time taken) call got automatically disconnected.

                                        This is clear case of deficiency of service and breach of trust.

                                        Another call to customer care automatically disconnected that to again exactly after 12minutes.
                                        This is cheating customer.
