Hi Team,

I straight away bring to your the management notice that one of the customer service executive women don't know how to speak with the customer and meanwhile putting my call on hold and asking same details again and again .if she is not in a position to handle customer's call and directing me to complaint to anyone in your office.

My question is straight forward to all the ACT leadership, if you people doesn't know how to handle customers call and provide necessary resolution. Why customer service number provided to complaint.

I am using this ACT connection from 2010, never experienced the call which handled by one of your customer service executive women. I request you to refund my money back asap.

I face a connection issue since last 2 weeks, I raised a complaint on act portal still no action, money is taken time to time but when it comes to service I think it’s a fake company without any knowledge
