I received a call from CUSTOMER care of Act broadband at 3.44 p.m on 27th April 2022 as I had raised w complaint my Internet was not working..
Their executive called me to enquire and when after a couple of questions he asked me something that I couldn't understand. And when I asked him to repeat it, he called *###" and when I questioned, he just disconnected the call.
His name was Parth.

Updated by amitamit93 I then called back the customer care to raise a complaint.. And an executive by the name Jyothi C promised I will receive a call within 4 hours and if I do not receive then she may be held liable... And I haven't received the call, its been 5 hours now...
