I had a very bad experience with Beam customer care, Hyderabad. I have raised a ticket during weekend and they call me when I am at office during the busy hours, by chance if I haven't answered the call they just send you a message asking your ticked has been closed which is an unexpected reply from the customer care. This has continuously been repeated for 4-5 times and they argue you with regards of we not answering the call.
Worst experience with Beam customer care services and would not suggest to any software employee.
