[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Data limit usage | |||
We are only 2 at my place and i am not there at home during office time so this leaves it with 1 prime user. This month my 110gb fup was expired with in 10days. My account detail : 10967530 I have called them repeatedly following up the issue. They reverted on the 5th day saying that all the data are exhausted through same modem it cannot be reimbursed. This is the 2nd consecutive time happened. I'm clueless of how it happened. T Was this information helpful? | |||
