ACT Fibernet — Data usage shows exaggerated figures | |||||
Sir, this is about "ACT Fibrenet Internet Service Provider" services data usage in my account.Here, a clear account of data usage is not being shown on daily/weekly basis(details are not at all shown, only the amount of data used is shown).As such there is scope of many wrong and exaggerated usage, on the part of ISP. My data usage starts on 17th of every month afresh.today on 18th Dec 2015, the site in my account shows that i have already utilised 4.9 GB of data, within a day.This is shocking, as i am sure i did not use this much of the service.So i suspect that there is an error in the calculation of the same.Or even the ISP is exaggerating the same, so that the speed can be reduced after the FUP limit is crossed. Hi.. I also had the same problem of showing exaggerated data usage. It has been so worse that it showed I finished 50 gb in 4 days. Finally, disappointed with their answers, I had to go for disconnection.
