[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — deactivation of account

Hi, i want to deactive my account, i called them and told to deactived my account on 26/11/2019, they raised ticket sr[protected], and said that it will be deactived in 48 hours, i got the same as sms, but they did not deactivated my account. Then i called again and said i[censored] dont deactive i wont pay bill asked them twice on[protected] they said they have deactive in 4 hours. I mailed [protected]@actcorp.in, and also to nodal officer nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in but still it has not been deactived, it has been nearly 8 days, no action has been taken.
