[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — deactivation of act connection. | |||||
Act fibernet account[protected] I have requested for permanent disconnection. They took almost one month to disconnect asking me to pay due amount even i was not used the internet. Later i payed the due amount and cleared there bill. Now again for july month, they are generated the invoice. Very very bad service. I am not able to connect the customer care as no one picks the call. Also i have requested them to remove the junction box which is setup in my house. No one is turning up for this. One of the act guy visited my house and told some engineering will come and remove the junction box. Its been more than 15 days, no response from them. I never expected these kind of poor response from the act. Very bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
