ACT Fibernet — Debit card charged twice

I am a Customer of Act Broadband, My Account No.[protected], As my debit card has been Charged Twice on 11th January 2016, I have been following up with your Customer Care people with Complaint numbers

1) Ticket No.[protected]

2) Ticket No.[protected]

3) Ticket No.[protected]

Despite of following with your Customer care executives i did not received any calls, you can see two transaction ids on 11th January 2016, time-13:28 and 13:38

Andhra Bank Transaction Ids

1) S16798236

2) S16790379

Debit from Andhra Bank, I checked with bank manager he told its been received by the Merchant twice.
