One year plan was taken on 02/08/2022, they were asking me to pay for subrciption of 350for aha app, I said I haven't subrcised for aha, but they were least bothered about my complaint, they were forcing me to pay and deactivated my account several times, without activation of aha how can I pay, I made a complaint in the local office at visakhapatnam, they is no response from the other end so I complainted in the customer care here too the same problem, I am not able to tolerate their torcher, I can't understand why they deactivated my net account and what is the connection between net and these apps, I have paid for net so I have a right to get proper net but they black mailing of deactivation.
