I paid for 6+1 months plan, i was facing a lot of network issues recently which is causing me a huge loss in my official work, hence I asked for disconnection, they disconnected it but they are not ready to refund my amount back to my account, when asking customer care, they are saying to transfer it to some other ACT account or use the amount whenever you reconnect your account, I request TRAI to please take strict action against ACT Fibernet to stop such irrational loot from consumers.
