ACT Fibernet — Declining the request to downgrade my plan

Hi Team,

I took a connection with ACT fibernet - A max 1075 plan for 6 months this August 1st. I wanted to change the plan the day i took it and got in touch with the service provider (ACT Executive) on the same day.

I was told, As the billing cycle has already started for the month of August, I was asked to wait for a month to change the plan to 40mbps where the plan would reflect from September start and a refund would be initiated parallel. For this, i was asked to get in touch with them around 25th of August which i did.

From past 4 days, I am trying to reach the service provider and customer care to downgrade the plan. All they say is downgrade is not possible. I[censored]pgrade is possible, why isn't the downgrade possible?

The response i get back is very rude and unprofessional . They close the SR without proper resolution and i personally have to follow up everyday to know on what note it was closed. The customer care hangs up my call without giving proper response.

Their app is designed to only support upgrade and not the downgrade of any plan. Many customers like me are falling into false promises like this and the issue never gets resolved. Please take this issue as high priority.

My request is to downgrade the plan to A max 500 (40 mbps) and initiate a refund.

I request the team to drop me a clear email on how the refund amount is calculated. I got a phone call from the customer service that the router will be collected back today as the plan got downgraded effective today.

Please clear me on the below questions -

What is the cost o[censored]sage that is put for the month of August (considering the return of router, is the base plan cost applied here ) ?

What is the money left in my ACT wallet when i downgrade the package to A max 500 ?

How much amount is auto transacted from the ACT wallet to pay the up coming cycle?

How much amount will be credited back to my source account?

No refund is still not in processed. I only see the money hanging in my wallet

There was no call from customer care about the refund and it shows that the extra amount in act wallet ..

May i know when this will be refunded .
