Hi Team,
I took a connection with ACT fibernet - A max 1075 plan for 6 months this August 1st. I wanted to change the plan the day i took it and got in touch with the service provider (ACT Executive) on the same day.
I was told, As the billing cycle has already started for the month of August, I was asked to wait for a month to change the plan to 40mbps where the plan would reflect from September start and a refund would be initiated parallel. For this, i was asked to get in touch with them around 25th of August which i did.
From past 4 days, I am trying to reach the service provider and customer care to downgrade the plan. All they say is downgrade is not possible. I[censored]pgrade is possible, why isn't the downgrade possible?
The response i get back is very rude and unprofessional . They close the SR without proper resolution and i personally have to follow up everyday to know on what note it was closed. The customer care hangs up my call without giving proper response.
Their app is designed to only support upgrade and not the downgrade of any plan. Many customers like me are falling into false promises like this and the issue never gets resolved. Please take this issue as high priority.
My request is to downgrade the plan to A max 500 (40 mbps) and initiate a refund.
