ACT Fibernet — delay in connection shift and re-connection | |||||
I have been using the act for the past one year and now i planned to move to new location hence i have requested for connection shift and the request has been raised on 20th apr + declaration form handed over to the execute on 22nd april as per your eta it should be resolved within 3days but it was not yet resolved till date. You can check my ticket i have daily made a call and your cro peoples are saying the same thing that it will be fixed in 24hrs and the money can be waived for rest of the days. May i know wat was the action taken and why there was a delay. Cro person is updating the tickets stating they have escalated to high level" - whatever the escalation they will follow their own timelines then what is the process of sharing the customer that its eta as 3 days. Do be frank i planned to cancel my act network since there is good customer support and data in other service providers like hatway kindly revert back whether my problem will be solved or else i can look for an alternate connection.
