My retailer id is 21307. We are based in pune, maharashtra. We particularly opted for beam service for mseb bill payments, which their executive, mr. Ram niwas, assured me many times (Calling me almost daily) that the service is working and will start from day 1 we sign up and pay amount of rs. 900/- for it. We signed up and mseb mumbai service not working in their portal. Now, they said, register for bbps, it is free. Ok!, we registered for this, now they said it will take 7 working days for it to be activated. Again ok! After 7 working days, when we started to enquire or complain about it, their some standard replies:
1. We have escalated your complaint/query (They always escalate only, do not resolve).
2. We have submitted your request/complaint to our technical team, we will get back to you once we receive reply (It seems they have not received a single reply from their technical team despite daily complaint.
And one more, it is very interesting
3. Bbps registration approval is not in hour hands, bbps team will directly approve it, we are following up your case and will get back to you.
It is now 23 days from when we have registered for beam and bbps through them. Only standard replies and not anything further (And please know that they never get back to you). They only keep speaking standard replies calmly.
At first, i thought people who complain may be wrong, but after experiencing it, we are believing that beam! Is not trustworthy company.
I decided to write through consumer complaints because of non-resolved query through customer care of beam! (And this is after we were assured 3 to 4 times by mr. Ram niwas of beam).
I hope this problem will be resolved soon, or i request that my amount of rs. 900/- should be returned by beam! Money because they have failed to deliver their service that i required.
