I have paid 500 rupees to set up a new connection but still there is no one to install the act fibernet and when they took money they said there technician will come in a day and fix the connection in a day but it's been one week nobody turned up till now and i'm calling them continuously nobody is lifting the call even the one who took money from me his name is hari from beeramguda is not responding to phone calls. This is a very pathetic service from act fibernet internet. They give lame excuses that technician is not available or the box is full in my apartment they need to install a new box.

E[protected]., but i have not received the confirmation regarding the payment although my bank details show the transfer of money with ref — nsbi[protected] gadmsnwz2. Could you please follow up and respond regarding this issue at the earliest.

      I took act fiber connection on april 17th subscribing to a-max 650 yearly plan which should offer 350 gb extra data which i didn't get in my account. I have paid 9200 rs (Includes gst tax) in advance, registered complaint with customer care.

      Its been pending since 10 days and when i called customer care and i have been informed that i will be getting a call from sales department. As informed by them i did get call from them through a landline number after 2 days, but they disconnect the call immediately after answering. Then i again called customer care and informed about this. Again i have received call after 2 days and same thing happened call has been disconnected immediately after answering. I have waited for an hour and no call received again.

      Then i called customer care again and i have received a call after 2 days from same landline number and this time i can hear them typing the keyboard and background sounds. But they didn't even say hello and not responding to me. And disconnected the call after 1 minute. There is no option to call back the landline cause it is busy always.

      This is really annoying and cheating the customers in intellectual way of stating the customer has disconnected the call.

      Why do i disconnect the call when the lose is for me. Why there is no option to contact sales department directly.

      Never subscribe to any long term plan with this company. There is no way you can contact sales department directly. A good way to loot customers and they will never provide resolution for any lose of your valuable money.

      I have shared the plan details in attachment which offers extra data for subscribing yearly plans, pamphlet has been shared by sales agent when i payed my bill in advance. And customer care says they have no idea about the plan which offers extra data. Cheaters for a reason. I have called customer care over 15times, they never transfer call to nodal officer/manager. I dropped a mail to nodal officer and i never got any reply.

          My name is neelkamal bearing account number[protected] used to get bill amount of around 767 every month till april 2018 but for this month i. E. May 2018 i got an bill amount 797 i got puzzled at this. But unfortunately i have paid the amount i have checked it once i have paid. So for transaction detail i have contacted customer care but they are not responding at all just they are leaving a message. Banjara hills act office, call is lifting and immediately ending the call. Why there is a need of providing bill with increase of amount without any intimation?

            I have been having ACT internet connection at Bangalore HSR layout 3rd sector for close to two years now. My account number is #[protected]. Starting off this month internet service stopped. When I enquired they said the junction box was removed by the owner of the house where it was installed and they can’t restore the connection until they find a new place. A ticket was raised against my complain to restore internet connection. In the past one week every day they have suggested the connection will be restored the next day and after 8 days they have closed the ticket without resolving the issue. Now there is no date by which connection will be restored. Looking through different consumer forums I have realized closing ticket without resolving the issue is the established practice of act customer support. Your customer support doesn’t even have the courtesy to apologize. If this is the way by which you will handle your customer then good luck expanding your business.

              Hi,

              I live in rajakilpakkam, east tambaram. I have requested for act fibernet connection and provided all documents, and payment for act blaze plan (Amount of 6 months) on 1st may 2018. I have been told that engineers will activate my service in 24hours. The engineer who contacted me on 2nd told that junction box needs to be kept in my home and will send another engineer next day. I was contacted by another engineer on 3rd may who told he'll come by afternoon 2:30 but did not come even after calling him numerous times. He finally came by in the evening to only repeat the same thing the engineer said on the previous day. I have tried informing my situation to customer service a couple of times only to be told that they will escalate and complete the activation.
              Again today i was told engineer will come by 10:30 in the morning but no one turned up. If this is going to be the case, then it's better if i disconnect the service now itself.
              Kindly let me know how to disconnect and provide the money back to me.

                I want discontinue the account

                I have relocated my premises so i requested customer service to discontinue my account. While their customer care people called me i informed them to discontinue my account but still it's not yet done. I don't want to keep that account anymore. Don't make further delay i have instructed them more then three times. So please kindly close the account.

                The router provided by act stopped working within few months of purchase. It has 3 tears of warranty. I tried connecting to act customer care too many times but everytime nobody is free to receive my call.
                I also dropped mail to them, but nobody is responding.
                Just requesting them to help me arrange a new or repair this router so that my work doesn't get hindered.
                I have facing problems because of the non-availability of wi-fi.

                  ACT team is not responding any communication so far since 15 days for my refund request. Even after copying appellate and nodal office mail IDs there is no response. Have tried calling their customer care and they are so rude that they say this is all the info we can give and nothing else can be done. I made a mistake by opting for ACT service. Is there any bit of responsibility with you guys?
                  First they did not do proper feasibility study and took money for connection and later they said connection is not feasible. Even after repeated mails and calls to customer care there is no response.

                    We raised a complain about no internet connection from 27th april 6pm in the act fibernet mobile app and no action has been taken in over 24hrs. No notification or call backs were received too and the nodal officer number always says busy. Ive already spoken to their customer service person and was provided an update that the connection will be restored at a particular time but nothing has been done so far.

                      delay in connection shift and re-connection

                      I have been using the act for the past one year and now i planned to move to new location hence i have requested for connection shift and the request has been raised on 20th apr + declaration form handed over to the execute on 22nd april as per your eta it should be resolved within 3days but it was not yet resolved till date. You can check my ticket i have daily made a call and your cro peoples are saying the same thing that it will be fixed...

                        I raised a complaint by the mid of Nov'17 when my ACTTV Broadband connection was not working. ACT Technician inspected and said my modem become faulty and to be replaced. Since I don't want to invest on this, I called up ACTTV again in Nov Mid to disconnect my services. From the time my modem become faulty, I was not using ACT Broadband.

                        ACT sends bills every month in advance and the payment is done before Mid of the same Month. In the same way, I have paid the Nov bill in full based on the advance invoice raised.

                        My Ordeal started from then.

                        Post my disconnection request, 1 week later ACT Customer care called me to check the reason for the disconnection request and persuading me for reconnection. They indicated since I already paid for Nov, they will not reimburse the remaining amount even though I have not even used half of the month.

                        Inspite of that, I received a bill promptly for Dec month without acting on my request for disconnection. Also, everyday minimum 2 SMS sent as follow up for payment and also giving me offers to reconnect.

                        I have sent multiple mails and phone calls and on their customer calls, my intention to not reconnect and my disconnection is effective Nov Mid and they should refund the excess paid in Nov'17.

                        Even now, I am getting reminder SMS to settle the amount irrespective of my answers / mails indicating the error on their side. In reality ACT has to provide me refund for Nov and also compensate me on the SMS, call harassments.

                          My retailer id is 21307. We are based in pune, maharashtra. We particularly opted for beam service for mseb bill payments, which their executive, mr. Ram niwas, assured me many times (Calling me almost daily) that the service is working and will start from day 1 we sign up and pay amount of rs. 900/- for it. We signed up and mseb mumbai service not working in their portal. Now, they said, register for bbps, it is free. Ok!, we registered for this, now they said it will take 7 working days for it to be activated. Again ok! After 7 working days, when we started to enquire or complain about it, their some standard replies:
                          1. We have escalated your complaint/query (They always escalate only, do not resolve).
                          2. We have submitted your request/complaint to our technical team, we will get back to you once we receive reply (It seems they have not received a single reply from their technical team despite daily complaint.
                          And one more, it is very interesting
                          3. Bbps registration approval is not in hour hands, bbps team will directly approve it, we are following up your case and will get back to you.

                          It is now 23 days from when we have registered for beam and bbps through them. Only standard replies and not anything further (And please know that they never get back to you). They only keep speaking standard replies calmly.

                          At first, i thought people who complain may be wrong, but after experiencing it, we are believing that beam! Is not trustworthy company.

                          I decided to write through consumer complaints because of non-resolved query through customer care of beam! (And this is after we were assured 3 to 4 times by mr. Ram niwas of beam).

                          I hope this problem will be resolved soon, or i request that my amount of rs. 900/- should be returned by beam! Money because they have failed to deliver their service that i required.

                            I have given a complaint on 19 apr 2018 morning 8:30 for internet connectavity.
                            Customer care people told that it will get resolve in 18 hours which is maximum threshould. I did call to customer care again aroung 9 am on 20 apr but, they are saying that they have raised a case to technical department and they will resolve asap. When i ask them the eta they said like asap. So i don't have other option except waiting for the technician. I have called customer care again at 2:55 pm on the same day. Again, those are saing that they bumped the sevirioty of the case and the technician will come asap. Still they don't have any idea on the technician's visit and resolution of the incident.

                            Due to this i am suffering a lot. Please help in this. Thanks!

I called customer care not got installed. I asked for refund on march 29 th 2018 but till now they have not refunded my amount. My name mahindra reddy c v.                                 My act account number/id :[protected].
                                On april 6th, i paid for 6 months in advance for act blaze along with all the needed documents. However, after that there is no response for almost 2 weeks.
                                During payment time, they told new connection is feasible in our premises and in my premises there is already an act connection.
                                When i contacted customer care, they told i need to apply for a dedicated gx box of rs. 2200 and no-refundable and i agreed to this and they created a ticket (Complaint number: [protected]) and assured will resolve within 2 days and someone from act will contact me, and since then no response for that as well.
                                Second time i called for follow up, they created another ticket ([protected]) on top of the existing complaint and told me that same thing, someone will contact you withing 2 days.
                                Third follow up call, they told there was a server issue and i told them, there is already a connection in my premises and working fine, so out of stock of excuses, they told someone will contact me within 2 pm same day... No response.
                                Fourth followup call, they told the same thing plus new excuse, gx box stock is not there and... Someone will contact me soon.
                                I tried to contact the nodal officer on [protected] and no surprise, "all channels are busy - default ring tone".

                                  I would like to lodge a complaint with regards to act fibre net account[protected] shifting request we had raised on 28th march (Request id [protected]). It has been past the 7 day period that act has promised to resolve the issue within and we find that the resolution is being delayed without a proper explanation. Here are the details if the issue.

                                  We raised the request on 28th march and submitted all the required documents by 30th march. A technician had visited our house on 1st april and left without giving any update to me. On repeated calling him multiple times that day, he mentioned he will visit the following day and did not turn up. Act team had called us and told us they require permission for installing a new switch as there is no vacancy in the current switch (4h april). This is not true. I had checked with our management and also personally checked the switch myself and saw that there is a port remaining where we can get a connection from. Since wednesday, i have been calling the act customer service team and updating them with this information. We had been repeatedly promised that a technician would visit and give the connection but noone visited and act has also not upated the details we are providing in their records. The act technician visited on 7th april, did nothing and left promising again that the connection will be given by the following day. He called up the next day to inform that it is going to take time because of "server problems" and did not even give us an eta. On the other hand, the customer service agents claim that there is no problem with the server and they need permission for a new switch.

                                  At our end, we are not satisfied with the excuses the act team and technician have been giving for delaying the process and i find that there is a lack of transparency on your part. I would like you please register my complaint and give me tracking id for the same. I would like to see a resolution on this issue by tomorrow morning else, please refund us the money from what is left of our subscription (We had opted for 12 months subscription which gave two months free connection, so total of 14 months out of which 4 months time is still remaining).

                                  Hello.

                                  I'm facing issues with WiFi router as it's not working since yesterday morning, and ticket has been raised yesterday itself but not yet fixed. Kindly fix it as soon as possible as it's urgent!

                                    Apirl 5 th, i hav request new connection for on the same usage, as per tele customer executive confirmation. I paid the amount. But stil hav not received response properly. Sales team calls separately, services team calls separately. Everyone asked hav you paid the amount.. I said yes but still no made a connection. So i don't want to use this further due to poor response from them. No support for customers. There is fake promises. Here i hav attached the bill receipt. So i need my money back. So take a action immediately or i ll book police complaints againt the company for cheating process and fake promises.

                                    I want to disconnect my act act internet connection, whrn i reach one of the customer services in hyderabd he simply said it will take 30 days, I raised ticket 6th april 2018 so why should i pay 24 days extra money to ACT.
                                    Please disconnect my act net connection and do not renew and packs without my concern.
