I called up act on jan 8th 2018 to install fibernet in our home. They were super enthusiastic about signing the contract. I told them i'll be free only after 5pm on jan 9th 2018 because of my work. Despite this, they called me 4 times the next day in the morning saying they wanted to come immediately and sign the contract. I obviously could not leave my workplace!

duping customers in disguise of act blaze connection

My reg mobile no:[protected], i am a customer of act broadband. I am on a 100gb plan with 10mbps.in the month of december my 100gb got completed with in 20days with very limited downloading. do you really need 24 hours to solve a simple user id issue from your end?

I'm able to open the portal page but not able to sign in. It says "unable to sign in. Please contact customer care". This is definitely not a network issue. I am able to see the portal page. So, all your switches are working fine. No cable damage as well. Being a computer science engineer, i can confidently say that this is a pure back-end issue. And as a company that claims to have the best network, you really need 24 hours to look into...

They are showing that in last 3 days (12th, 13th & 14th that is today) i have used approximately 40gb data using is impossible and very unacceptable. I clearly communicated my urgency to your executive, i paid the advance only after he confirmed that there is a connection...

The act fibernet is horrible. I had raised a complaint to refund the amount which i paid for connection. I didnt get the refund amount still. Also i have told to remove the junction box from the building. Its not been done. I am following up with customer care every day still no update from them. Each time they say they will call back but no update from them. I never ever recommend anyone to go for act fibernet.

I am using my 4g connection most of the time. Except for couple of movies on my tv. Today my data was at 44gb and by the end of day it got reduced to 9 gb i was the only using internet for entire day. Consider this seriously i will file a complaint...
