[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — delay in installation and no response from technician | |||
I applied for a new broadband connection (New account no.[protected] and the executive, mr. Mohd aslam khan called me on saturday 8th september 2018 and told me he is unavailable now and will meet me on monday. He told me not to accept any other executive's call for a new connection (A - max 425). I waited till monday and called him. He came and took the money rs. 500 in cash for one monthly bill and waived off the installation charges. I told him that my father is in the hospital and i want it installed as soon as possible. He promised me that the installation will be done on the same day. Till date, there is no proper response. I want my rs. 500/- back and i will opt for some better service provider.
