I requested a new connection to the ACT Fibernet almost a month back. And got a callback from ACT sales executive - Vinod Gowda (phone - [protected]). I made the payment (7, 498 /-) on ACT app on 23/05/2020 for 6 months. After paying, one guy from ACT told me that my area needs junction box installation and will come back in 2 days. After that no one came for installation and didn't provide any wifi router/internet connection as per the plan chosen. I am not able to reach out ACT customer service numbers and tried calling the sales executive. Everytime I call sales executive, got a reply that he will send people for installation but till now no one came. I have written email to ACT customer support, but didn’t get any response. Very poor and terrible service provided. Please help in providing the new connection or refund the money paid to them.
