I was promised to get the new connection in 1 to max 4 days by the agent at the time of booking and payment. But once the payment is done there is not update and action taken. Even the agent is not picking the call. I have paid the yearly fee for new connection on feb 1st and still i havent received any update. Everytime i call the customer care, they will just give me a template answer that i will get a call back in 4 hours and i have never received a call back in last 4 days. Its already 10 days and still no response. A service ticket sr[protected] is raised on the same issue and the resolution day will be changed everyday. Was this information helpful? | |||
