[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — delay in refund and worst customer service | |||
I had recharged almost 6.5k for 6mths with 1 month free usage. The internet was most often not working and i had raised ticket more than 6-7 times. I emailed to their helpdesk and have been following up with them since 1 month and i haven't received any update on the refund. I called up to customer service, they asked me to drop an email to their refund team, but vain. I am not sure on the amount that will be refunded to me. I have not received any confirmation from the team. Waste of my money and time. No timely response to customer and the internet speed is low in my location. Hoping to receive refund soon. I have had the same issue. Payment of Rs 3481 made on June 14th, 2019. No connection and no refund despite repeated emails.
