I am having very worst experience with act fibernet. Act team behavior makes me frustrated. Let me share my painful experience below.
Last month (08-may-2020), i booked for a internet connection. Act promised me that an engineer will contact me and make a internet connection within three days. Three days passed. I called the person (Name : dinesh, empid : 17296) who helped me to submit my application online. He did not pick my call. So i called the call center and asked about the status. They said that as per sla, they will lay the connection within seven working days. After seven working days, i called the call center again. They said engineers are not available today due to corona lock-down. So, they promised me that they will lay the connection next day. After that i called the act call center everyday to know the status. But no progress. At some point, i realized that act team is just passing the days. So after three weeks (24-may-2020), i asked for refund. Initially, act said refund will take three working days. But till today my money is not yet credited to my account.
