[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — disconnect[protected] | |||
We have been trying to disconnect our act broadband service since mid of this month but not getting proper response. 1. When i called the first time, they told we will disconnect and any difference amount will be sent to you to pay. But they never disconnected nore did we get any kind of communication. 2. Called again to check the status, if disconnect or still active, they told its not disconnected as the bill needs to be cleared first. 3. Called after the amount was cleared, they said that you have paid for this month so wait till end of month to cancel the connection.in this case why did you ask to clear the bill instead you could have raised a request to cancel and provided us the final bill which i would have cleared. Now i simply have to have the connection till end of month regardless of me using it or no. Do you have any intention of cancelling this connection? I have read all review about you guys and i feel that until i go to consumer court or raise a complaint with them i will not see any kind of action. Be sure i will need the amount to be refunded to me since the day i have been asking for cancellation/ disconnect. Below are the ticket number i have been raising for the same. Ticket numbers: [protected] [protected] This is simply pathetic service. As not one person was able to communicate clearly on what will be done and when it will be done and why it was done this way. When i have called/ raised ticket on app several times to disconnect the service, i dont see any action taken. All they do is call and give some reason and close out the ticket. I need this cancelled with immediate effect and any difference amount to be refunded to me as i do not wish to continue with the service provided. Again i receive another bill asking to pay from mid of may and june. The bill is double this time for 15 days...
