[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Disconnect Internet before due date completion

Hello, I had very bad experience today with ACT Internet cusyomer care, I have paid amount till this month (December 2015 ) 22nd and legally I can use internet until then but because I didnt pay coming month bill in advance they have almost disconnected my internet (reduced speed dradtically).When I called them and asked that please provide me internet with high speed as normal then disconnect from 23rd but they said that they cant increase the speed. I dont know what to do, I think I have legally right to use high speed internet as part of my plan untill the date which I paid money already. Please help me in this.

I spoke with supervisor and also his manager but no one resolving my issue. When I make cancel request it is your duty to provide service until the date which I paid money. You got money till 22nd Dec and you have to provide with proper speed as agreed while taking connection. How can you reduce the speed.
