[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — disconnect internet services

I would like to disconnect internet services with immediate effect. Not getting any response from support team on this.

There is no option in the App to request for disconnection/nor response from customer support team.

Will not pay any late fees for lack of response from ACT support team

Email to the nodal officer ID also did not get delivered.
