ACT Fibernet — disconnect service

I have raised a request to relocate my connection since 20 days. Absolutely no response from ACT team. The customer care number is never reachable. The local ACT authorities are absolutely not useful. They disconnect calls when tried to follow up. Totally fed up of ACT services.

Please disconnect my connection and refund my amount paid for June 1, 2019 to June 15, 2091. I don't want to spend my hard earned money on such pathetic service provider after receiving no service at all.
