As there is no internet at home from last 7 days and even after calling customer care nobody bothered to resolve the issue... This has become routine and payment will taken before as pre-paid and no compensation for the days which has no service..
Due to which i faced a loss of around rs.50000 /-

I opted for Act fibernet and a sales person contacted me. I opted for a 425 plan which I came to know it was 502 including GST after he told me. Still I was okay with it . Then he asked if I had a router, I said yes since I had one from my previous ISP Hathway. Then a installation person came and directly plugged the DSL cable into the PC LAN port. I asked if he could connect it to my existing router and he says your router is not compatible...

request for relocation and the issue is not resolved

I requested for relocation on the 18th of may and till now the request is not only open no one wants to address this concern even the nodal team can’t help fix my issue. I would want the connection to be installed today else my money refunded. The customer service response is horrifying and none of the act team wants to take the ownership of resolving the issue.
I am fed up of calling the cc and have no more patience for this...

worst experience ever

Act is not worth to subscribe. Bought the connection 2 days ago. It stopped working on the same night. Called customer service 4 times already, they all say the same thing (Rep will be there as soon as possible and issue will be fixed with in 24 hours...) bunch of lies, since i am waiting for more than 48 hours. Not going to subscribe with them after 3 months (Unfortunately paid for 3 months in advance)....

It is strange that even after complaining on 18th may, the problem is not yet solved as on now 20th, may, 2019 (10.40 am).

The disturbance happens frequently and continuing for longer duration with out net connection. Please also see the recent past histories; it happened on 02/05/2019 and restored after (07/05/2019).

act fibernet shows more usage than actuals

I am surprised that there are already complains against act. I calculated that there are only 2 mobiles, and the total hours of youtube usage for regular hindi serials (Which means hardly they will be 720p which is about 0.9 gb per hour. And today the hours as per youtube accounts of my family members (2 of them) is 23 hours. And believe me act fiber net is showing 35 gb o[censored]sage. So far with airtel i never had this concern of over usage...
