disconnect service

I have raised a request to relocate my connection since 20 days. Absolutely no response from ACT team. The customer care number is never reachable. The local ACT authorities are absolutely not useful. They disconnect calls when tried to follow up. Totally fed up of ACT services.

Please disconnect my connection and refund my amount paid for June 1, 2019 to June 15, 2091. I don't want to spend my hard earned money on such pathetic...

INTERNET NOT WORKING

I have put a complaint 3 days back nobody from ACT has bothered to call or have it rectified. ACT connection has been failing often but this is terrible service.
their customer care number take 15 minutes to connect ( if you are lucky ) else they just disconnect the call. Service is pathetic . The worst if I may say so.

It is next to impossible to connect to any single person in ACT.

This is the plight of many in Bangalore

    In the month of May, i had 200GB in my account, i hardly use more than 75 GB but then by the end of may the data was not available in my account, when called they said that it has been completely used, no one other than me uses the WiFi at home...It was hardly a matter of 5 days for the FUP to be reset, and was waiting...in June I have only 100GB and now I see that it says only 52GB is remaining...This is totally not fair and i feel that they are stealing my data..

      On 27th of May, I applied for new connection and completed the registration process. I was promised a connection within 48hrs but today is 7th of June and I still don't have the connection. Within the span of 12 days, I have called the customer support numerous times but what I got was fake promises. Im really sad and angry about this whole mess. Idk what is taking so much time. I wouldn't suggest ACT Broadband to anyone if they have to suffer like me. 12 days, 12 freaking days and counting. At this point, just gimme the refund and I'll be happy with airtel or hatway. At least I'll get my connection.

        We raised a request on 30th May 2019 to shift our act fibernet to new location and such a pathetic service we have to call them everyday to check what happened and no one bothers to sort the issue but only false promises someone will come in 1 he 2 hrs they will call they will sort and nothing till today! Such an horrible customer service! Who ever is heading act fibernet for sure is not qualified enough to tc of customer issues! Shame on you guys and your service.

          The services of ACT Fibernet had been good until 2018. In 2019 perhaps committed staff have left the organisation, the service level has dropped down to an unbelievable extent. I lodged a complaint for restoration of of internet service in the third week of May 2019. It took one week for them to restore the line. Within two days, again there was a break down and no internet service was available. I lodged a complaint in their so called App. Next day o my utter shock and surprise the message comes that:

          complaint resolved and
          Complaint Closed.

          Both the statements are utter lie. I am daily running around to their Horamavu, Bangalore Office and the officers are giving daily one promise that "next day, by now the line will be restored". I have heard this for the 3rd time today - 07/06/2019 and with no hope of getting any positive response, sharing my worst experience with ACT FIBERNET.

          I intend to switch over to other srvice propvider

            Internet is not working from more than 15 days i'm trying to reach customer care # is always busy and also as we are shifting I want to disconnect my act act internet connection, but i couldn't reach any of the customer services since lines always seems to be busy or out of reach.
            Please disconnect my act net connection and do not renew and packs without my concern.

              ACT is one of the worst internet provider. i am not receiving internet for last 6 days.
              a complaint was raised "#SR[protected]" and the expected resolution time was 4 June, 2019 but to no surprise the complaint is still open and nobody has contacted to give an update or to collect information about the issue raised.

              When contacting the sales team who sold the network, says that he issue can be raised only on the ACT app. but when i explored the app, there is no way you can raise a disconnection request from the app.

              the customer is harassed by this ACT network. i will never recommend anyone to go for it.

                I am facing serious trouble from Act Fibernet,
                the worst ever service I have ever encountered in India.
                from past 15 days, they haven't given a single day with proper internet connectivity, from last one week neither am receiving internet, nor they are responding to my complaints.
                I have written to their customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority,
                not even a single response were from there.
                the horrible part is they are not even accepting my disconnection request.
                they are not all receiving the calls also.
                now my only option is to approach the Indian consumer court.
                i hope there will be some way to deal with these white collar criminals

                  I have had my connection stop working since 2nd of June, I had lodged a complaint on the App and it said it would be fixed by 3rd. Today is end of 6th and its still not fixed, I called customer case multiple times every time they say "tomorrow" or they just don't pick it up. I have even emailed the Nodal officer 2days to no avail, the escalation email doesn't work either. At this point, I think my only option is to settle this in consumer court because they are just ignoring me otherwise.

                    Dear forum,
                    regarding back-up battery in power box of ACT in my home.

                    I permitted ACT people to keep their power box in my home. the power box contains a back-up batter at least for 1 to 2 hours.
                    from february-2019 onwards that battery was not working properly. and now it stopped working.

                    I complained them regarding this issue from february-2019 twice a month.

                    automatically I am getting msgs from ACT that problem was resolved without their technicians attending to my home.

                    even that customer care people also telling same thing that their people will come to your home to resolve the problem within 24 hours.
                    but they people are not coming and automatically Iam getting msgs that problem is resolved.

                    kindly please resolve this problem from ACT.

                      CT has one of the worst customer care/services. I have requested for the disconnection of my line with ACT on the 29th of May 2019. They called me up and closed the ticket on that day saying the internet connection will get disconnected by 1st of June.
                      On 3rd June I made a follow up call asking them for the status and after a wait of 30 minutes (i dont know what they are busy with as they are definitely not helping the customers) they picked up the call and said they need 7 days from the day of the request and 100% my line will get disconnected on the 4th of June.

                      It has been two days since then, i have tried calling them up numerous times and each time either it is busy and I'm on hold indefinitely or they dont even bother to answer.

                      My line is still active, the bill has been generated for the month and in spite of so many calls/follow ups, they are unable to disconnect my line. It feels like they are forcing me to keep the connection as well as they ask at least 100 questions as to why i want to stop their services.

                      The biggest reason is the way they treat their customers! It's terrible to face this and hope somehow someone can be of help to me to get rid of these goons masquerading to be an Internet/broadband company.

                        My ACT Internet connection was too slow. while i raised a complaint, i leanrt 320 GB of data has been utilized on the 1st day of the month which is IMPOSSIBLE. i requested them to investigate & correct the issue, but no response from last 4 days!!! I've been trying to reach the nodal office over phone and emails, copying appellate authority, but no response from either of them. not sure if I can register a complaint against ACT under TRAI?

                          The internet connection is off since 48+ hours and the customer support never lifts the call or disconnects it's once connected. They have not given any solution and send 100 messages to pay bill. This is pathetic after sales service. Please take stringent action. I have attached screenshot and it shows the similar message when I try to contact them. I have waited on the call more than 25 minutes which I feel is ridiculous. They are clearly cheating a customer and not worrying as no stringent action is taken against them.

                            I have taken connection from act and it has been 2 months, every saturday morning the connection goes off and they say it will be resolved in 48 hours. It actually comes back on monday. It was problem with there junction box where someone was removing power supply. Now it's 5th time all they are giving multiple reasons
                            1. Problems with junction box
                            2. Fibre optic cable is cut
                            3. Due to rain trees have fallen
                            4. Fibre optic cable are being laid.

                            I've decided to cancel the connection and go for another vendor.

                            This is in doorvaninagar bangalore.

                              I have shifted my house from Hyderabad(KPHB) -- HYDERABAD(Chandanagar)

                              So i have raised a shifting request on 23rd may 2019.

                              Till today Act people have not responded and with out shifting my connection they added the shifting charges to my monthly bill.

                              they keep on trying to close my ticket with out providing any resolution.

                              From 23rd to till today i have called the customer care people nearly 100 times but none of the agent has taken action.

                              i am hearing common dialogues from them like "we are updating your complaint one of our agent will get back to you soon".

                              The above is the dialogue i am hearing from customer care people.

                                lousiest appellate and nodal authority escalation for act internet

                                I had subscribed for an ACT Connection for 50 MBPS around August 2017, and after the first quarter, they automatically upgraded me to a 75MBPS without additional costs. Based on usage, I wasn’t using over 4GB out of 150 GB per month, and hence wanted to choose the 15MBPS connection with a lesser GB.

                                When I logged in to the ACT’s Mobile App, it didn’t allow me any option to downgrade, hence called the ACT's customer call...

                                Hi team,

                                First of all this is the reason i have not recharged my another act fibernet account linked to my mobile number [protected].

                                Now coming to the concern,

                                It's been 3 days i have raised a concern over my connectivity issue, ticket no sr[protected].

                                On 3rd june the case was closed stating issue has been resolved. However i still see the issue of non connectivity.

                                I have immediately reopened the case which had the target time of 11am 4th june to fix the issue, which is not happened.

                                Moreover i tried to call your customer care number which s always runs busy n never gets connected to your executive.

                                We were highly relying on our key official works based on your stable connection, which has now disappoint with your poor customer service.

                                You guys keep calling your customers and message us to recharge our account with fancy offers to retain your customer base bit the same approach never comes to live when addressing the issues.

                                We can understand that during rainy season such issues are common on wired connections however solving the with great effort is equally important to keep your customer in line.

                                I had to use your rival network for the whole day to complete my key works yesterday which could be the case today as well.

                                Infact i was highly recommending your network to my known circle which will never happen again.

                                Unfortunately i have already recharged my account with 3 months plan else i would have immediately deactivated your account for good sake.

                                It's up to you to decide if you want to get my issue resolve asap.

                                  I am new customer for act fibre net, its been only 10days i got the connection, i am already fed-up with these guys, i have not even used 4gb of data when the monthly availability is 400gb, internet will not be available during weekends, when we raise a complaint no one will respond, when we try to contact, customer care is always busy, i was thinking is there "so many complaints on this service provider",

                                  When we raise a ticket from app, they close without resolving, raised a complaint to nodal and appellate officer, but no use. I trying to call them to ask for disconnection, but unable to succeed.

                                  Due to negligence of the customer representative and poor service of ACT, I have applied for cancellation of the account, its been more than 7 days (as they say 7days max it will be disconnected), still now its not done, and none of the representative called to check for reason of cancellation.

                                    Act fibernet was not working for several days during the month of may 2019. One of customer support executives said they will adjust the bill accordingly during month end. When i raised the request during month end, they simply rejected. I waited several minutes of waiting to talk to cse on each call. Without any communication the requests were closed. Beginning june month the issue persisted and this time the cr box had to be removed and replaced by them and i had no internet signal even for over 36 hours and act was not willing to waive off a penny. They charge you irrespective of their service. Finally i had raised a request to close the connection. Now they have kept it in waiting. I will have to pay even though i have raised closing request. Now who is there to support us common people?
