I have raised the issue to disconnect act on 19th march 2019. The lady took it in and told me in 7 days time it will get done and i will receive a confirmation mail with in 3 hrs even after 24 hrs they have not done so. They are disconnecting my calls when i call them asking to connect to disconnection team.
Pathetic services from them in this regard.

Facing the internet connectivity issue multiple times. Last week only heard some server issue at our place and internet was not there for 2 days. And again today also facing the issue and didn't expected this kind of service from ACT Fibernet and hope it'll be resolved soon and will maintain it won't happen again.
