CT has one of the worst customer care/services. I have requested for the disconnection of my line with ACT on the 29th of May 2019. They called me up and closed the ticket on that day saying the internet connection will get disconnected by 1st of June.
On 3rd June I made a follow up call asking them for the status and after a wait of 30 minutes (i dont know what they are busy with as they are definitely not helping the customers) they picked up the call and said they need 7 days from the day of the request and 100% my line will get disconnected on the 4th of June.
It has been two days since then, i have tried calling them up numerous times and each time either it is busy and I'm on hold indefinitely or they dont even bother to answer.
My line is still active, the bill has been generated for the month and in spite of so many calls/follow ups, they are unable to disconnect my line. It feels like they are forcing me to keep the connection as well as they ask at least 100 questions as to why i want to stop their services.
The biggest reason is the way they treat their customers! It's terrible to face this and hope somehow someone can be of help to me to get rid of these goons masquerading to be an Internet/broadband company. Was this information helpful? |
